Ferris Pizza started with a brick oven and a simple idea: make pizza the way it should be made. Fresh dough every morning. San Marzano tomatoes crushed by hand. Mozzarella pulled the same day it's served.

We're a small shop, and that's by choice. No heat lamps, no assembly lines — just a hot oven and a cook who cares. Every pie is built one at a time, baked until the crust blisters, and boxed while it's still talking.
